Kelly Maxwell is all about exceeding expectations. A meticulous planner and exceptionally resourceful, Kelly delivers on her commitments with unbridled energy and enthusiasm. But it's her authenticity and caring nature that sets Kelly apart. Though formally schooled in marketing, Kelly went on to become one of Calgary's first licensed female associates in a large multi-national firm, and worked the industrial, downtown, and residential markets both as an administrator and licensed commercial real estate associate. And what does Kelly say is the most satisfying aspect of her work? “I appreciate that I am in a position to help families identify what it is they need and want - to make their lives easier. As a mom myself I know the importance of creating a space that not only reflects your values but is also functional. Checking all the boxes, finding my clients the right fit for them is the most satisfying aspect of my role - being called upon years later to ‘right size’ them again is the icing on the cake.” Born and raised Calgarian and owning homes in the inner city (condominium), suburbs, and more recently an acreage in country with her children, Kelly has first-hand experience in both the real estate and construction aspects of her work and is very knowledgeable about Calgary and surrounding areas. “My mission is help my clients find the perfect space for their current stage of life – be it their first foray into home ownership or their ‘forever’ home.”
